Please read this disclaimer carefully before downloading or using any file from GiveMeROM (givemerom.com).
1. Use at your own risk
Flashing firmware, writing partitions, unlocking, repairing IMEI or using service tools can permanently damage a device. A wrong file, a wrong tool setting, a weak battery, a bad cable or an interrupted process can leave a phone or tablet dead, in a boot loop, or without network, data or warranty.
All files and information on GiveMeROM are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind. You use them entirely at your own risk.
2. No responsibility for damage
GiveMeROM, its owners and its team are not responsible for any damage to devices, loss of data, loss of warranty, loss of income or any other loss caused by downloading or using files, tools or information from this website, to the extent allowed by law.
Before flashing:
- Make sure the file matches your exact model, variant, region and hardware version.
- Back up important data and, where possible, the device's original firmware, NVRAM / EFS / QCN and security partitions.
- Charge the battery and use a reliable computer and cable.
- Read the instructions that come with the tool or firmware.
3. If something goes wrong
If a file is broken, does not match its description, or a device stopped working after writing a file, open the file page and use "Report This File" (there is a reason "After Write Handset Dead" for this case). Our team will check the file. A report helps other technicians, but it does not create a promise of repair or compensation; refunds follow our Refund Policy.
4. Trademarks and ownership
Brand names, model names, logos and trademarks such as Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, Realme, Huawei, Motorola, Nokia, Qualcomm, MediaTek and Unisoc belong to their respective owners. GiveMeROM is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any device maker or chipset maker. Names are used only to identify the files.
5. Legal use only
Files are provided for repair, servicing and recovery of devices you own or are authorised to service. Do not use any file or tool to bypass security on a lost or stolen device, to change identity numbers unlawfully, or for any other illegal purpose. You are responsible for following the laws of your country.
6. Accuracy and availability
We try to keep file names, descriptions, sizes and passwords correct, but we do not guarantee that every file is complete, error-free or available at all times. Files may be changed or removed at any time.
7. External links
Some files are stored on or linked from third-party services such as Google Drive. We are not responsible for the content, policies or availability of those services.
